The overwhelming demand for competent, US-Based technical support in 2003 prompted the inception of Touch Support, LLC on August 25th, 2003. We began as an incredibly small operation, interviewing our first employee at his home and leveraging our existing industry contacts to provide our ‘start-up’ capital in the form of support contracts. Since then, Touch Support has evolved, culminating in local and international offices in Lafayette, IN, USA and Zagreb, Croatia (respectively).
